COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT & DATA ENTRY OFFICER – SUVA OFFICE

The Consumer Council of Fiji’s fundamental aim is to promote and safeguard the interests of consumers stipulated under the Consumer Council of Fiji Act – 1976.

The successful applicant will be required to: Enter, record, maintain and produce complaints registry and database of the Council on daily basis; Maintain Manual Registry; Provide statistics and reports on request in a timely manner; Provide effectively any information stored at the registry upon request of the Council; Assist in complaints management and resolution as directed by the Divisional Manager. At least possess a diploma level qualification in Computer or Electronic Registry or Database Management. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in data entry, maintenance of registry and information storage (manual and electronic) is desirable; A commitment to consumer issues/consumer protection laws and good IT skills is required; Must have good oral and written communication skills and able to work under minimum supervision.

Salary Level: $18,783 – $24,180.  The contract will be for 3 years subject to renewal based on good performance.
